Prior to WEM, Norbert worked with Polaris Finance SICAV plc, Tatra banka and Poštová banka (Post bank), where he developed deposit and bank insurance products. In his role as the Head of Front Office, Norbert uses this experience in investment decision-making for client portfolios. Furthermore, his strong IT background is applied towards simplifying client contact processes, resolving inefficiencies, and improving customer service.
