They don\u2019t seek noise or glitter. They expect that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Their time will be used meaningfully and efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decisions will be prepared flawlessly and in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication will be clear, factual, and discreet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will act without needing reminders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And in a crisis, we won\u2019t hesitate or improvise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their respect isn\u2019t earned by those who entertain them \u2014 but by those who don\u2019t burden them.<br>They won\u2019t tolerate chaos, delays, excuses, or unprofessionalism.
