Martin Dolnák has extensive experience in M&A gained during his tenure at Big 4 and international law firms. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions, where he has advised both domestic and international clients, from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective. He has also participated in various types of restructuring projects, including transfers or other alternative corporate transformations, and has also worked on projects related to distressed asset investments, financing, as well as family office solutions using trusts and foundations, with an emphasis on the protection of family assets. His clients have included various representatives from the areas of private equity, (multi) family offices, HNWI, investment banks and foreign investors. At WEM, he is also co-responsible for the expansion and further development of our activities in the Czech Republic.
