Peter Lakata is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of expertise in finance, digital transformation, and strategic management. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions at companies such as Asseco Central Europe, Mall Group, ZUNO Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank International, where he contributed to managing large-scale transformation projects, M&A activities, and the development of key business and marketing initiatives. He is a graduate of the WU Executive Academy and holds academic qualifications in finance and investment. He currently serves as a Managing Partner and Board Member at Wealth Effect Management (WEM), where he actively participates in shaping the company’s strategy, developing B2B partnerships, and building long-term value for clients and partners. Alongside his managerial work, he is involved in business coaching, mentoring, and supporting startups. In his approach, he combines experience from top management, financial markets, and technology with a practical, results-oriented mindset focused on organizational leadership and growth.
