The strategy leverages the current undervaluation in the software sector and focuses on companies that form the core infrastructure for AI development. It is built on a concentrated selection of top‑tier publicly traded companies — from cloud platforms and cybersecurity to semiconductor design — that represent the foundation of the AI ecosystem. Stock selection is driven by an in‑depth analysis of each company’s resilience to the impact of AI. Priority is given to firms with strong competitive moats that can harness artificial intelligence as a driver of growth rather than a threat. The portfolio aims for long‑term capital appreciation through a balanced mix of stable, highly profitable “defensive monopolies” and dynamic growth leaders of the AI revolution.

1. The entry fee is a third party fee and is paid in full to the financial agent who mediated the conclusion of the Portfolio Management Agreement. WEM is entitled to charge the fee.
2. The management fee is charged quarterly, as a percentage of the average value of the client portfolio for the given month. The fee does not include third party fees (e.g. stock exchange fees, bank fees, etc.).
4. The performance fee is charged quarterly or on the sale of the portfolio, as a percentage of the total return of the client portfolio. When yielding at the interval boundary, the lower of the rates applies.
High-water mark is a principle of fee calculation based on the highest cumulative value of past profits. A fee is charged only if the portfolio reaches a higher cumulative profit value, or only on the portion that exceeds the previous highest cumulative profit value. A rolling high-water mark for the last 2 periods (2 years) is applied.
